Privacy policy

What we collect

• Account information: your email address and, optionally, a display name.
• Dog profile information: details you choose to enter about your dog, such as breed, age, weight, activity level and living environment.
• Email signups: your email address and any dog context you provide when subscribing.

We deliberately do not ask for sensitive personal information about you. We do not need your address, phone number, date of birth or financial details to personalize recommendations.

How we use it

Your dog profile is used to personalize the recommendations, tools and content you see. Your email is used to operate your account and, if you opt in, to send you useful updates.

Who can see your data

Your dog profiles and saved items are private to your account. Database access rules restrict every record to the account that created it. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your dog profiles at any time from your dashboard, and you can ask us to delete your account by contacting us via the contact page.

Cookies and analytics

We use the storage necessary to keep you signed in. Product analytics are not yet connected; if we add them, we will update this page first.
